Welcome to The Outfit Curator. By using our website (www.theoutfitcurator.com), booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All products, content, and designs—including but not limited to:

  • Swatch fans (e.g., Color Swatch Fan - 12 Season Method, Lipstick Swatch Fan)

  • Drapes used in personal color analysis

  • Digital downloads, graphics, written materials including the Online Color Analysis Tool

—are the exclusive intellectual property of The Outfit Curator and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Remove or alter our logo, trademarks, or branding

  • Resell, copy, or modify our products or digital materials

  • Use any of our visuals or content without credit or prior written permission

2. Product Use & Education
Our tools are professional-grade and do not include usage instructions or guides.
We strongly recommend enrolling in our official training or house courses to learn proper application—especially for tools like drapes and swatch fans.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on any physical products or booked services.

4. Social Media Content
You may not:

  • Post videos or content from appointments, that include our tools, process, or branding on social media without our written permission.

  • If you wish to share any content from your session, please email us to request approval in advance.

5. Rights to Use Submitted Content
By booking a service or submitting a form, you grant The Outfit Curator the right to use:

  • Any images or videos taken during your appointment

  • Any photos you submit to us

  • Any information you provide on forms or questionnaires

This content may be used in our marketing, education, social media, or promotional materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before your session.

6. SMS Marketing & Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Outfit Curator, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Order updates

  • Exclusive promotions and marketing messages
